*For events more than 2hrs from our location lodging is required and must be covered by the client.


-Lodging Must be rated no less than. 3 stars, clean,safe, & suitable for rest.


-Accommodations may be booked as a hotel or airbnb located near job site.


-Number of nights depend on event timing and travel distance.


-Lodging may be booked directly by client or reimbursed at actual cost.
